Yeah right, junk. I paid $110 for this machine only a year ago...and it leaks water all over the counter. Cuisinart should recall these and replace for free for us consumers taken advantage of by a faulty product. Thank you.

I also have the same problem with my coffee maker, it started leaking this week. My warranty has expired already so, I need to get the replacement part for this coffee maker. I think cuisinart needs to tell all of us where to get the part or fix it for us because, a coffee maker like this one should not have leaked in this short of time. I have an old coffee maker that is over 13 or so years old that still works and makes coffee. If you find a solution please email me at linda912@verizon.net

I have been searching for this small rubber water feeder tube for weeks to no avail. Please, someone out there help me save the expense of replacing the entire coffee maker for this small problem. If I do, it will not be with a Cuisinart, I assure you.

Any recommendations for a new pot? ............

Cuisinart DCC-1200 leaks from the bottom. If I put 10 cups in at bedtime for timer brewing, there are only 4 cups brewed in the morning and the rest is on the counter. What I really need to know is how do you get the bottom off of the coffee maker? Once I get inside to take a look, I can decide whether it's fixable.

Yeah, I have this same stupid issue. Kind of speechless considering I though cuisinart had a good product behind the name. Poor engineering on cuisinart's behalf.

Order 1 foot of 5236K73 "High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Tubing" from McMaster-Carr. Put the old check valve in the new tubing in the same location and direction as originally installed.

Same problem as those above-spilling on the counter. Don't see that there is a solution so...either stop drinking coffee, fix it or buy a new one?

My coffee maker does the same thing. I found that the rubber water feeder tube is cracked but I haven't been able to find a new one yet. It looks like the tube has a flow regulator in it, so just any tube won't work. If anyone knows where to find actual repair parts please let me know at wrdbo@comcast.net

I have experienced this same problem. You have to pour the water directly into the holding bay, avoiding the edges. I think water gets stuck around the rim, it just steams over the edge, or drips down the front and back onto the counter. I don't know why, but it happens, so just make sure you pour the water directly into the bay avoiding edges.

Its not making the coffee its just makes a little then stops

You both may have deeper issues, but it is definitely not too new to be decalcified. It is very much worth a shot. I have a Cusinart coffeemaker and a Cuisinart espresso maker, and both of them needed to be decalcified in the first month (of course, I live in an area with hard water).

I have the same problem with my unit and Cuisinart Warranty is replacing my unit. Please see my post on this issue and perhaps calling them will net you a new machine or a fix to your problem. You will need the Serial number to your unit.

No guarantees by me of this, my machine is under warranty and I have no real information regarding yours.
