Your motor controller needs to be replaced. You’ll also want to replace your walking belt.

I would recommend throwing it into a large trash can. Trimline parts are very difficult to find and very expensive. What you would have to spend to bring this machine up to useable shape and guarantee another 4 years would be as much as buying a brand new machine of the same quality.
