first of all try to connect the mobile with computer and then try to take all the back updata on a particular folder and then try to delete the the data from mobile and once it is being done then try to scan the computer and once the virus scann is completed and is succesful then try to transfer the data back into the mobile

this pblm can be solved by resetting d mobile in master clear option. after resetting power off d mobile and on after 5 min,and connect to the net upgrade ur os, b4 upgrading remove memory stick and upgrade , this will be solved....
