My freezer has an ice build up. The drawers are frozen and will not move. I tried defrosting it and cleaning it and the ice built up again.

OK most refrigerators have 3 parts that operate the defrost and if even one of these parts fail you end up with the no defrost conditions. Click=> Defrost Heater and Defrost Thermostat Instructions removal and re-install Instructions How to test a defrost heater click=> Here Now the first thing I want you to do is Force defrost is performed by using your Freezer Display and Refrigerator keypad. Enter the Forced defrost Mode by performing the following sequence of events.
1 Press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad button.
2 Press and hold the Refrigerator Temperature Keypad - minus sign
3 Release the Door Alarm Keypad and wait 3 seconds. Fd appears in the Freezer Display
4 Press the Refrigerator Down Keypad - minus sign Again. Sh should appear in the right display
5 Press again to Force Defrost Fd and Sh will flash in display indicating unit is in defrost.
