Our system is PABX. It was previously programmed to record the miscalls in button No. 11 . When I came to the office yesterday 11 has a red light which indicates theres a miscall, however, the telephone number is not shown only the date. Please let me know what should I do so that it will display the number not date.

    Thanks,

    Joan

I just press prog -> No. 11(CID Indication) -> No. 1 then the Co. Button(Main Line). Then it helps, it records miscalls now.

Thanks a lot, you fixed my problem....

It depends on your phone system.

If you have a TA system it requires 2 or 4 CO (buttons with lights) buttons. Personal CID Log is
6 for indications and 7 for selection. Group is 96 and 97. You don't have to have a SELECT button but it helps.

If you have a TAW or TDA system you only need one button per feature because the navigator key works as a selector button. The code is 54 for personal and 54 plus the ICD group for system.

The sequence to program these buttons is PROG button CODE store

Thwy're ALL pabx's. You probably have a TA. Press PROG and the 11th button and read the dispay. If it says Group Call Log, then it is storing up to 300 of the last calls. Use the gray button on the bottom to select between the 3 or 4 displays...name, number, date, answered

The gray navigator button on the bottom moves between the data. Press it left and right and you will show NAME, NUMBER, DATE, and CONDITION.

Whoops, go back up to that original answer. The part about needing a selection button. On an 824 you need it.

My system has 12 as CID C Indication and 11 as CID C Selection. You press the CID I button and while the info is displayed, the selection button steps through the 4 steps.

So did you already have a CID Selection button or did you have to program one?

Our company uses the PANASONIC KX-T7730 phone system, just wanting to know if customers can call directly to our extension numbers?

if your pbx has a built in disa feature, then you need to program
the DIL (sys. pgm. # 418) to DISA-OGM 1. Then you need to
record an OGM (program 9,1,1) to tell you customers that
they can dial the ext.# directly.

I need to delete the message on my panasonic answering machine KX-T7730

The KX-T7730 isn't an answering machine. You need to refer to the documentation for whatever answering/voicemail system you have it connected to. Alternatively, repost your question specifying the make and model of the answering/voicemail system.

Want to know how we can divert our Panasonic KX-T7730 to a mobile number

What you want to do is to activate the call forwarding feature offered by your phone company. Different phone companies have different procedures. With many companies you dial *72 then at the second dial tone dial the number to forward to. This number has to answer the call to activate call forwarding. For precise instructions please contact your telephone company.

Telephone Panasonic KX-T7730. Taken over in a school office and phone has an outgoing message saying "Please press 0 to speak to someone" This message was recorded by previous member of staff. ...

Let's pretend that this is a TA-824 system with DISA and it's answering all phone calls. It's not likely that you can do much of anything unless you know what system the phone is connected to and have the manual and ability to do programming. With a bit of reprogramming, you can make the system perform like a regular system.

I'd suggest a call to the Panasonic service company.

Hi this is normally a programmable control, operating only when the power is ON,...so try to disconnect the power and operate it

or else, reprogram it by using the manual...
