Question about Computers & Internet
I downloaded a program that had a java jre installation program withing the program file. I already had java on my system, and when I try to activate the program I downloaded, I get and error message that says, "the java jre installation was not completed. I don't have a clue what to do.
As i understand you receive an error when you run the installed program.
Please uninstall the complete downloaded software and reboot the PC. Then download the latest Java JRE (Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7) to run all Java programs from the link given below,
Once you have installed the Java JRE, again install the program and test if it works.
It will work!!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
