Question about HP PhotoSmart C4280 Laser Printer
Whenever I attempt to scan something, I get a message that says "error occurred sending the scanned images to." As I'm sure you know, the HP Photosmart C4280 is a printer, copier, and scanner combined. The printer works fine....the copier works fine...but if I put a picture on the scanner to be scanned, all I get is that "error" message I just told you about. Do I need to just get the CD that came with the printer....put it in....totally uninstall it....take it out...shut down the computer....unplug all the cords linked from the printer to the back of the computer....wait about 10 seconds....then plug everything back in as if I had JUST purchased the printer and this was my FIRST time hooking it up?
i had the exact same problem and i installed and un-installed
over and over again
and then it hit me !!!
why bother ??? , just download a 3rd party scanning software like "VueScan" or any other you find on google and it does the job !!
it's light, recognize the scanner (C4280) automatically and scan !!
