Why can I not upload photos, My operating system is Vista, previously was able to upload photos from my Canon A60 digital camera, but now no box pops up, etc.. appreciate any help?

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to transfer pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa.

Getting the computer presentation to come thru the projector

You need to provide more information about the equipment. Are you using a Laptop? If so, what brand? Generically in Windows 7 (Maybe Vista) you can use the combination of windows key + 'P' to cycle through your computer's multi display options, but some video cards and computer manufacturers have more customaizable settings that would work better.

The red bulb is bad just the green an blue is the only color that shows

It has to be the Red CRT Drive board as the Red CRT would shut the set down if it had an issue. The Red Drive board on the other hand will prevent the red from projecting. You can get a RED CRT Drive board from www.tvrepairworld.com

I plugged my external hard drive into my sony wega kdf55E200 using the usb port I have power to the external hard drive the light is on. But I cannot get a picture on my tv what can I do

Your TV is very unlikely to be able to read the external drive. The USB connection on most TVs are meant to view pictures and lack the ability to navigate file systems and read most file formats. Your best bet is hook the hard drive up to a computer or a video game system (PS3 and Xbox360 do this) and then hook that computer or game system to the TV.

I forgate my admin password

Petter Nordahl-Hagen's Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
This is absolutely one of the best free tools to reset the administrator password and gain access that I have ever used. It modifies the encrypted password in the registry's SAM file allowing you access to the account in Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista systems.

There is an image file to create a bootable floppy disk or bootable CD to modify the admin password and access NTFS partitions. You do not need to know the old password to set a new one. It will also offer to unlock disabled or locked user accounts (a very helpful feature). The program was just updated on April 9, 2007 to include Vista support.

Please visit the site by clicking on the link below to download a CD image or floppy image of this great program.

LoginRecovery.com

Another option is to decrypt the password and show you the actual administrator password. A great site for doing this is loginrecovery.com. Basically, you download a small program to extract the password from the computer, then you submit the encrypted password file to their site and they will recover the lost password. Of course, you need a computer with Internet access to upload the file and find the password.

With this option, the administrator password is not changed so you wont lose access to EFS encrypted files. Visit their site by clicking below

http://www.loginrecovery.com

Although there are probably other options to recover an administrator password, I find the two option shown above to be the quickest and easiest ways to either change or discover the password and allow you access to the user profile and data stored on the hard drive.

Desktop resolution

turn power off... turn power on, right after turn on, keep tapping F8 till a boot screen shows up. then select safe mode.
after you boot up into windows, change the setting.
if it won't let you then you need to go into device manager and uninstall the display adapter. then restart computer.
the display adapter should auto install itself to default 800x600 or 1024x768.
