My phone has a phone lock password that I don't know.
I just bought this phone online and it came with a phone lock code. I tried the normal codes like 1111, 0000, 1234, etc. but none of them seem to work. I e-mailed the guy I bought it from but he was no help. I was wondering if there is a universal cod to use or if there is some sort of reset button that would make it so I can actually use the phone. The only info. that I have to tell you what kind of phone it is is it says on the inside " iFOE MODEL NO: P168+" Then it says " GSM Quad-Band Digital Mobile Phone" "IME: 3549609010712915"
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Blackberry can use MEP to finding out what is the original network. Or you can try LG GW300 unlock code based on original country of your phones. I means try to find LG unlock code for your phones at online store based on original country not by network. I hope my solution can solve your problem.
Your handset contains your personal information that you don't want to disclose, or it contains photos, schedules, videos, and contact numbers of your friends. You can protect your cell phone form the person using it without your permission. After enabling the password protection, your handset will not be able to receive text calls and text messages. But some people may forget their password after locking it. This tips are for these kinds of people. It is not a difficult task to unlock a phone. Here are some tips and tricks to unlock your phone.
First of all try to remember your phone unlock code. Try PINs that you normally use. Try your birth date or phone's last 4 digits.
Try 1234 or 1111 to unlock it. These lock codes are used by manufacturers as default codes. Then press OK. The six digit default security code is 000000. Network providers sometimes change that code to their own code. If your network provider has not changed it, then you may unlock your phone by trying these default security codes. It is recommended that you reset them to stop others from accessing your private information.
Press the menu key, it may bypass the unlock screen and handset will now be asking to enter security code. If you have forgotten the security code too, send it to the manufacturer's repairing center. They will charge the fee to unlock it as it is not covered under warranty.
To change unlock code or password
Nokia has the default security code 12345.Try that code for all Nokia handsets.

Hi, i think your step not correct when entering HTC Thunderbolt unlock code. You must use your old sim card to unlock your phone, don't use new sim card before that phones completely unlocked. That's why your sim card not recognized. If this method not working maybe you get wrong HTC unlock code, since it's little rare for me. Usually if you bought unlock code reputable online store, they usually send unlock code with complete instruction how to insert that unlock code in your phones. The bottom line try my method and if not working get new code. Thanks.
NB: don't enter your wrong code to many times in your phones, it will caused your HTC to hard locked state and you can't use that phone even you put your old sim card.
