My phone has a phone lock password that I d...

I just bought this phone online and it came with a phone lock code. I tried the normal codes like 1111, 0000, 1234, etc. but none of them seem to work. I e-mailed the guy I bought it from but he was no help. I was wondering if there is a universal cod to use or if there is some sort of reset button that would make it so I can actually use the phone. The only info. that I have to tell you what kind of phone it is is it says on the inside " iFOE MODEL NO: P168+" Then it says " GSM Quad-Band Digital Mobile Phone" "IME: 3549609010712915"
