Question about Vacuums
First change the belt, even if it is not broken. also make sure that the height adjustment is raised up high enough, the higher the better ( when adjusting a vacuum you want the tips of the brush roller touching the tips of the carpet fibers ) also the same problem could occur on an area rug or any place the carpet is not securely held down ( the carpet can lift up and get sucked up into the vacuum )
