Thank you for your enquiry. Yes I have solved my problem with my Telefunken MP3 305,by ringing their
customer care centre on, 1300 366 155. and they were most obliging by way of emailing me the instructions and allowing me to download them. They are also sending me them by landmail in case I have any difficulty with the downloading.
I hope this information will be helpful to you in the future .
