Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
There is a pinhole on the front side of the dvd drive. take a sewing needle, and use the back end to push into the hole 1/2 inch to 3/4 of an inch. Make sure the computer is off when doing this, and the drive door will pop open. The other way is to open "My Computer", then highlight the drive that the DVD is stuck in, and then right-click on the drive with your mouse, and select the eject option in the properties menu that comes up.
