Question about Zebra TLP 2844-Z Thermal Label Printer
User tried printing a normal document to the barcode printer and it jammed up. Turn off and then on and get a orange light, re-calibrate it goes green but won't print, then turn off and then back on and it goes orange again. I think the memory may have been damaged not sure =S
Default the printer so you have a green light.
Print a configuration label so you have the printer's settings.
Check the document you are trying to print.
If your "normal document" is using PCL, it won't print because you aren't speaking the printer's language.
Make sure you are using a Zebra driver and that the label/media settings match your printer. Look at your direct thermal/thermal transfer setting and your media length setting -- especially continuous vs. non-continuous.
