Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
As it is a new computer, have you tried uninstalling the printer software and start again. install the software as you did the very first time, this may clear any incompatible issues you may be having. remember to use the uninstall program which should in the same folder as the printer program (usually C://Program files) and then look for the lexmark folder. once you have fully uninstalled, reinstall. alternatively, insert your install disc that came with printer, select set up and you may be offered options of Modify, Repair or Uninstall.
