i have had this machine for many years, and now it is giving me black lines across the copies that it is printing.Is there a simple cleaning method that i can use to clean the platen, or teh machinery inside, or do I have to have the machine professionally cleaned? And if I need a professional, can you recommend one in my area (Chapel Hill, NC 27516)
