The service center of hp only provides this hp ipaq 910c spare parts.as this parts are not available in the local markets .you will have to send it to the service center to get it replaced and you will be receiving it back in next 72 hours.but before sending the device to them please ask them about their charges as they charge very ---very --heavy for this part replacements because the parts are not available in the local market.they take advantage of their monopoly items in the market.

but to save such heavy charges you can try to find the same model PDA with perfect screen to any junk or scrap shop as you will get it at very cheaper rate their.its difficult but try before sending.

hope this helps.......

feel free for further queries

thanks.

It seems like that the part that you need is not available as a spare. What you can do is to look for the same model on E-bay or any online auction sites and just use it for spare parts. I'm sure there are broken ones being sold online...

Can't get soft reset screen on Ipaq travel companion rx5915

Hi,
Try This:-
To perform a factory reset and return your HP iPAQ to factory settings:

1. Press and hold the Quick Launch and Rotate Screen buttons.
2. While holding these buttons, use the stylus to lightly press the Reset button on the HP iPAQ until the device restarts.
3. When the HP iPAQ restarts, release all of the buttons, and then remove the stylus from the Reset button. The HP iPAQ restarts and powers on.

HP ipaq h6320

Here is a link to the full manual, however it says right in there to not disassemble so you will probably have to find someone's who has done it (maybe on a PDA or Ipaq forum) and ask them for direction. http://user-guides.mobiletopsoft.com/hp/hp-ipaq-h6300-series-user-guide/hp-ipaq-h6300-series-user-guide.php

Broken screen of ipaq 6315

Try this place. http://www.pocketpctechs.com/main~unit~HP_Compaq_iPAQ_h6315-249~area~repairs~item~I63-LCD01.htm They also show you how to tell if your LCD is broken, or just the touchscreen. If you're good with electronics, you could also buy a dead 6315 from e-bay. one that has a good screen, and do the replacement. Good luck
