Yes just go on samsung website look for drivers/software, pc suite will be in there somewhere, and download it. Its free, i used it last year with my old samsung.

hi sue i have solved this problem. to view pictures, videos and music on your pc, you would have to have a microSD card and the microSD adaptor. you save all of your images, music and videos onto the microSD, then you insert the SDcard into its adaptor then into the pc. Then your files should popup!
Just remove your Memory Card for few minutes and again insert the Memory Card, then it's works fine. I too had the same problem in my Samsung Champ. But now it's all fine now.
i had this problem and it turns out i was transfering the music onto the phone wrong my phone was set to mass storage when it should have been set to samsung pc studio after i changed the setting my problem was solved hope this helps
Ur handset support these types of music and video players (MP3/AAC/AAC+/e-AAC+/WMA player) So please confirm the format of the songs which ur r transeferring to ur handset should b according to these format.
