Anyweb.com?? what do you mean you are member of anyweb.com.. did you mean you want to go to any website and you cant??
if it's new you may have vista, and vista may have some restrictions. you can add a specific website you know it's secure to the trusted website area by going into your ie web browser into tools>internet options>security tab>trusted websites.. and add the anyweb.com you said you're a member off and see if you can go into it... if you have some time of internet security filter you may want to configure it's settings so you can actually go into that website... you may also have some restrictions if there's a content sensor between your computer and internet (proxy server) for which you need to contact the administrator of your network.
