My HTD HD7 has suddenly decided to not respond to any touch functions whats so ever. The screen nore the three function buttons at the bottom register any touch. The remaining buttons, power, volume and camera all function per usual. The phone receives calls, messages and emails as normal. I haven't dropped or banged the phone at all. Tried powering down but cant due to no touch function so i've tried pulling the battery and allowing time to cool then powering up again. Tried powering to mains and PC all come up the same no touch function. Any help very much appreciated.

Currently tried hard resetting and still no difference, i'll take it into the shop at the weekend to get looked at. Just updating this for future users with similar issue.

Hard reset found online and done as follows;

With the phone turned off, press and hold the Volume Up/Down buttons, and then briefly press the Power button.

-Wait for the screen to show the instructions on how to do a factory reset and then release the Volume Up/Down buttons.
