Question about Computers & Internet
Try the website manufacturer of your wireless router, dlink, linksys, netgear... they the ones you want to speak to... also.. if you just purchased the router.. installation instructions are usually ready to walk you through the setup process from beginning to end if you have not try those..
my suggestion is for you to have the computer directly connected to the wireless router and make sure your internet is working there... then give him a call.. they will let you know how to set up the wireless connection but you may want to make sure you can access the router from your computer and it would be easier just to have it connected direclty to the computer first, then after is configured you can try to stablish a connection wirelessly...
