Question about Bissell 7950 ProHeat Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum
Appears that you may have all the belts in place but the beater brush is jammed and it can't spin.. the jam may also be blocking the vacuum port so that you don't get any suction to that area. I suggest you unplug the vac, then open the base section to gain access to the beater bar and check to make sure the brush can spin freely.. also check that the drive belt is properly seated on the shaft and that there are no obstructions in the vacuum port.. hope this helps you..
