Question about HP DeskJet 6122 InkJet Printer
When I print a document, some of it comes out too light and with horizontal white lines through the text. I've cleaned the cartridges several times and when I print out a test page, it comes out great, but when I print a document it's barely legible.
Thanks for your help.
Your ink cartridge (s) is dried up, even some new ones are dried up, even tho' they're sealed.
Some self-tests don't use black.
