Question about Computers & Internet
Check the event viewer by going to start>right click my computer>manage ... click on the left pane whre it says even viewer and click on applications.. look for a red ballon with a white x at the time when your application crashed and double click on it (there may be a few of those if it has crashed before.. and not all of them may be about the the application you're troubleshooting.. so read a little bit on the error and see if it's related with your problem and post the information you see there. or google the error code.
