Working fine this morning. My daughter went to download a song from itunes. She bought the song and it downloaded to library, and then she went to the application store and it froze, screen went black on the itouch then a bunch of white numbers and letters appeared. After that the screen showed the plug-in picture with the cd and musical note and would not go back to the main menu. Now, when she goes back to the itunes page on the coomputer, she gets a message that says: itunes could not connect to ipod, unknown error OxE8000022. I have turned off the ipod and the computer several times, but when turned back on, the ipod opens with that same plug-in window. I have also switched USB ports, and nothing seems to get it out of that window. Hope someone out there can help.

if you mean resetting as in turn it on and off, done that sevrel times. It always turns on with the connecting screen, no main menu. If theres another way of resetting it please let me know.
