This tv have a colors wheel is dying and worn out.The sound u hear buzzing, squiling or lound motor noises. The colors wheel require changing, because it dying and spinning off of it motor axis.Hire a tv Tech. to change the colors wheel, because it sit way inside near the Light Projection Engine it self, require take out many machanical parts even can come to the colors wheel itself to change it.
Most of the time when these sets won't turn off it's caused by the DMD but check the color wheel connectors first, especially the flat ribbon cable. Make sure it's in the connector in the correct direction, only has contacts on one side and make sure the ribbon is not torn.
Most likely for this symptom is the lamp. If you'd like you could sit behind the set and have someone turn it on, you should hear the color wheel spin up and then you should hear the ballast try to fire the lamp, it makes a small arcing sound. If the lamp doesn't light the process starts over again.
all 3 lights blinking means lamp has a fault the service manual says replace the lamp. If you need the service training manual for that model let me know and I will post the link as the training manual has excellent trouble shooting breakdowns for that model DLP
Problems with the lamp door detector switch. Try jumping out this switch and running it for a while. The switch is the small switch with the blue rocker arm activated by the tab on the lamp door panel.
