Question about Hyundai ImageQuest HQL260WR 26 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
Hi - Our TV is about 3 yrs old. The first problem was that horizontal stripes I hear other people mention appeared. Bolder on the left and diminishing to the right. The next problem was that it would not turn on either with the remote or at the tv. We called a technician to replace the power supply who said the horizontal lines would probably clear up. After complaining to them about the lines still being bold and bolder as the TV warms they took it back to re-diagnose. They said there are some lights they referred to as back lights and they said there was no source for the parts. The problem of the TV not turning on has returned but we remove the AC power cord and plug it back in and the TV turns on. Do you know of a source for Hyundai flat panel parts? Their customer support is non existent, at least in the US. yours truly bob grossman I have this same problem and now the TV doesn't turn on. My TV is a Hyundai 27" TFT LCD TV and should be under warranty, however I have been unable to find a dealer, phone number or address. Any help would be appreciated. If you dont know your dealer you cant go and claim for warranty sine they dont provide extensive support in US.
better call a service man and check out the problem
