Well your first problem is that you're typing in all caps. This will only get you sarcastic solutions (like mine) to our question. Your second problem is that you can't type legibly. This makes it quite difficult for someone to answer your question correctly. And you last, but biggest, problem is that you claim you "downloaded" your HP Web Cam. Although it may be possible in the near future to download plans for a physical object and have a 3D printer make them right in your home, today's technology makes this virtually impossible for an everyday consumer such as yourself. I suggest you first drive to your nearest electronics store and purchase an actual, physical web cam and try connecting it your your computer. Hope this helps!
