Question about Motorola Mobility L6 Cellular Phone
On My Motorola L6 Whenever I access my camera or video camera, I get this.
My phone freezes completely, I cannot use any buttons to navigate away from the camera page, I have to take the battery out and then back in to make the phone function again??? It didn't say it would do that when I bought it! P.S I cannot turn it in, it's warranty was 6 months and camera broke after having it for 6 months and one week =(
Please Help Me!!!

most of the time you will need to replace the camera on the phone. First try to do a master reset and a master clear on your phone (warning master clear will erase EVERYTHING on the phone a reset just takes the settings back to when the phone was bought) this is in your settings menu under initial setup and is towards the bottom. if that doesn't solve the problem you can buy a new camera at cnn.cn (use the 19.50 shipping or else it takes forever)

Either the phone has a main board issue or some file corruption - hopefully for you its just the files that need to be reflashed.
If it's the board cost can be around $150-200 depending on the repair center - flashing costs $25-40

Your camera needs replacing
or the flexi of the camera has slipped out of its position,
get a T6 <torque 6> remove the four screws that houses the glass front, and check the camera
