Hey!
I have a packard Bell I Media MC 1539 computer with a Gigabyte GA-8TRC410 M-NF motherboard. My problem is that when i try to get in the advanced sttings in BIOS to overclock my Pentium 4 2.93 Ghz processor it seems like it is unabled to make changings. Neither Gigabyte or Packard Bell want to giv me support and the store i boought my computer doesn`t have the kvowledge.
My BIOS spec. are Typ AWARD, version GA-8TRC410M20HNF. The AWARD BIOS type is Phoenix-Award Workstation BIOS V6.00PG
Why do you want to overclock it? Have you changed the cooling system? Overclocking might fry your processor if the cooling cannot keep up with the heat. Does your motherboard support overclocking? The option might be locked. There might be a jumper on the board that you have to mingle in order to enable that setting.

I have installed Win 7 on a separate partition, dual booting with my previous XP. I find that, to get any audio output in Win 7, I have to connect my 'line out' jack to the pink 'microphone' socket instead of the green 'line out' socket. When working with XP the connection has to revert to the original green socket. Can you give any advice please. J.A.C.
