My dishwasher will not shut off and keeps beeping with the center red light on. When I press the stop button (smaller one to the left) the center red light goes off and the beeping stops but only for a few seconds and then it resumes. This is happening on both drawers. Help!
You have an overflow leak problem....shut off circuit breaker or pull fuse....let it dry out for up to 4 days; hopefully overnight; peak under dryer and feel metal drip pan and if wet you might be able to dry with a hair dryer...WHY? the lid did not seal when you put cycle on...the lid lowers and you had something..typically too bid glasses on second shelf that was above the seal lip of the tub...stack correctly after this and no worries...

that unit is trying to give you an error code. I would recommend calling a pro in and have them look at it for you. there is a series of codes that needs to be retrieved to properly diagnose all of the issues that you may have. good luck
The red light and beeping indicates a fault. The fault code number will be indicated in the display or by other LEDs being lit. If you post back with the details of the display we may be able to help you.
There is a Control Lock which locks all the control buttons, so the dishwasher cannot be started. It is enabled by pressing and holding the lock button for about 3 seconds. To disable, press and hold the lock button until the light goes out. A single beep will be heard when the feature is turned on.
There is also a Keylock feature which locks the drawer shut and disables all the controls so the dishwasher cannot be opened or started. It is enabled by pressing and holding the lock button for about 5 seconds. To disable, press and hold the lock button until the lock light goes out. Two beeps will be heard when the feature is turned on.
Both these functions are safety features that enable the consumer to lock the dishwasher controls to prevent children from inadvertently starting the appliance.

To turn off the cycle completion signal on a Bosch dishwasher, please do the following:
1. Press and hold the right "CANCEL/DRAIN" button then press and hold the "ON/OFF" button 2. When the light above the "CANCEL/DRAIN" button illuminates and the beeping starts, release both buttons 3. Press the right "CANCEL/DRAIN" button repeatedly until the tone is at the desired volume, i.e. silent 4. Press the "ON/OFF" button again to confirm/set the desired volume.
it's telling u you have a fault but to clear it just press ur start button until the washer beeps then shut the door and leave shut until the aplliance stops. it will be ready to use. The flashes are usually intermittant i.e 3 quick flashes then a small break then 3 flashes again this process will repeat over and over. Count the flashes and let me know the amount i'll look at the fault for you
First is to make sure there is no leak.
Pull out the lower tube, access from the left side only this side you can put your hand in with a small tower to dry out the wetness if there is. If it is wet dry out really good then unplug the power cord for 24 hr. After that plug power cord back. Hold the lock button while press the Start button until you see a display appears. Press the Power button to see a clear display. Then hit Start button one by one until you see Ld ( it stands for Lid down) If you miss it, keep going until it comes back in a loop. When at Ld hit the lock button. Wait until the noise is stopping. Hit the lock button again. Wait until the noise is stopping. Now you can pull out the top drawer and press the power button to get out this manual mode.
Neighbor had a similar problem with a GE dishwasher except it wouldn't start and kept beeping when door was closed. So the door was left closed, and while it was beeping, turned off the circuit breaker that fed power to it. Waited about 30 seconds, turned circuit breaker back on, bleeping had stopped, dishwasher was reset. Normal and heated dry were already selected, (since I had tried pressing those two before all this to force a reset), then pressed start and it ran again. Hope this might help you.
