The ABS break trouble light will come for aprox 8 starts then all will be fine for aprox 20 starts then repeat

First you need to have EBCM - electronic brake control module check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's . If the light is on there is a code stored . I think most part stores can do this and for free . After you find out what code is stored , looking up that code in service repair information for diagnostic trouble shooting chart would be next step . There are a few codes too.

Find the code do the diagnostic's , fix the problem , wiring issue's , a sensor , bad module ,what ever it is . The light will go out then . Here is a sample of code discription .

Don't ask people to guess when you can easily get the trouble codes read. That's ALWAYS the first step. If the light is on, a code is stored.

have the fault code read and replace any faulty sensors. Have the system reset

Check the abs module for trouble codes. You will need a high end scan tool or a specific abs code reader to do it. The brake light is on likely because the abs light is on. The airbag light might be a different story. Does the horn and cruise work?

Here is the procedure for clearing ABS codes, the connector is up under the drivers side dash, it may be taped to another harness so just rip/cut the tape and pull down until you can see what your doing. Just FYI, the ABS module only holds 3 codes max in its internal memory even if there are 4 or more codes existing. Those other existing codes will not show up until you fix a concern, clear the codes, and if the light is still on all that means is that you just made room for another code to show up. As long as you only have the one code, you'll be fine. But if you had 3 codes, and you clear them, all the codes for the problem you fixed will be gone but now new codes may be there.

1. After calling up a trouble code, disconnect diagnosis connector terminal 8 from diagnosis terminal.

1. Repeat 3 times within approx. 12 seconds; connecting and disconnecting terminal 8 and diagnosis terminal for at least 0.2 seconds each time.

NOTE: After diagnostics is completed, make sure to clear memory. Make sure only start code (11) is shown after memory is cleared.

These recurring check engine lights can really be a pain. Have you scanned for trouble codes? Sounds like it may be an O2 sensor, but we really need the trouble codes to be sure.

The low pedal is for the most part, worn front pads

The check light and ABS is a System malfunction,
common is a Wheel Speed Sensor
