Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Unblock my microsoft account

You may notice occasionally that your MSN or Hotmail/Windows Live account has been locked by Microsoft. Due to this, you are unable to login to your email account. You may not even access your Windows Live Messenger. This typically occurs when your account was compromised. Someone may have hacked into your account or stolen your password. Windows Live offers a systematic process to recover and unlock your account. You will need an alternate email address to perform this task.

Navigate to Windows LiveID Account Recovery help page. Read the instructions and click "Continue" twice. Type an alternative email address in the box under Contact Email Address. Click "Continue." Log in to your alternate email account. Open the email from "Windows Live." Click the link provided to you in the email. This will take you to the password recovery process. Type a new password and retype it to confirm. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset. Try to log in to your MSN account using any of the MSN products, including Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger. You will be able to access your MSN account. http://windowslivehelp.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=6ea0c7b3-1473-4176-b03f-145b951dcb41

How do i delete duplicate contacts in windows live email address book

I have assumed that:

1. Your identity is based upon an email account @hotmail.com,
or @msn.com, or @live.com - and
2. When you open WLMail, you allow it to sign into the same
hotmail, msn or live identity

If these assumptions are correct, an easy way to clean your
contact list is via the webmail interface.

Close Windows Live Mail

Use your web browser to sign into your mail account at
http://mail.live.com.

Click on Options, followed by More Options.

Scroll down to "Customize your contacts", and click on "Clean up
duplicate contacts".

Use the wizard to merge or delete duplicates.

Sign out from the webmail interface

Open Windows Live Mail and allow the program to sign into your
identity.

When you select the contacts menu, WLMail should synchronize with
the contacts list on the central server.

I am able to get into my hotmail email but cannot access my msn email. Can you tell me how, please.

Sign up for the "msn live" option for your email account. This will enable you to access your msn and hotmail username email accounts plus it will give you many more options than you had before

First let me explain. Each browser handles scripts (the stuff that make up web pages and stuff) differently. You have Notify Me of Script Errors turned "ON" on your computer, so you will be notified of every error or warning - even if it works fine.

FIX: To fix this, Go to your Control Panel (START > Control Panel) and, in Classic View (you can find that on the left panel), click Internet Options. In the tabs on the top, click "Advanced", and then find the category "Browsing". CHECK "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer), and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)". UNCHECK "Display a notification about every script error".

Click OK, and then messenger should work fine. If it does it again, restart your computer, then it will work fine.
