Question about Akai PT5492S 54" Rear Projection Television
Do you have the instructions to replace the coolant for this?
Red looks great.
Blue has a small amount.
Green has degraded considerably.
I don't have a pdf file for fungus in an akai, but you will need to remove the 2 tubes from the set, take off the cover for the reservoir and dump out the fluids and then fill them back up. you will then need to know how to do the convergence alignment after you put the tubes back in. This is a involved process, if you want to tackle this on your own let me know and we will see what we can do.
