No.  England uses a PAL system, the US uses an NTSC system.  The lines and refresh rates are totally different.

Philips DPTV 310, 60PP935217 We got this tv. As it was brought, they took out the front glass to transport. Question is. There are 2 glasses. Wich glass, in wich order, and which side has to be Built

The pair taped together usually are the inner and it is possible to put in backwards----should have marked this with masking tape before removal which is rarely needed to transport this set---cover with heavy quilt and face forward in a pickup etc so wind does not **** screens out.

I Have SONYbravia 55HX800 . It only supports NTSC brought from USA how to change the settings to PAL because i want use the television in INDIA. Please help me with the solution

some tv are not made for all type of color system. you can read the users manual for forther details. if your tv is multisystem, u can see the menu of your color tv by pressing menu button on remote. it sould be under picture settings or under tunning settings. some set top box provide color system choice. so to get correct color you need to get setellite receiver which has option to change the color system to NTSC.

My 2001 Mitsubishi Medallion recently stopped recieveing HD channel from my FIOS HDTV Box. When switching from standard channels(they work) to an HD channel, the screen shows scrambled mutltiple images and...

If the TV works in the "Other" modes than I would suspect, that the FIOS HDTV box has developed some fault. When a TV goes to a "Blue Screen" this means that it cannot interpret a proper signal, maybe you need to reset the FIOS, anyway check that out, the TV itself, I do NOT think is faulty, check connections, antenna and to TV as well. Unplug ALL from wall wait 5 mins, and power back up, this often fixes a lot or problems.

R - Restore: Restore default settings E - Environment: Change your environment, remove from media cabinet, try different media, try different equipment (TV, router, hotspot, etc.). P - Power Cycle: Power cycle by unplugging your networking equipment from wall for 2 minutes to reset. A - Access this Knowledge Center for useful articles to resolve issues. I - Install the latest System Software Update. R - Resolved: In most cases these steps can resolve your issue.

HELLO AM TOMMY BERRY FROM CLEVELAND HTS OHIO, I HAVE A 42 INCH HAIER PLASMA TV, THAT I BROUGHT 11 MONTHS AGO , IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY UNTIL THIS EVENING WHEN I WAS CHANGING CHANNELS AND THE TV WENT BLANK...

Since you still have sound, you haven't accidentally switched the TV to a different source, so I would say that something has failed inside. If you have had it less than a year, place a service request and maybe they'll come over and ifx it before football season gets going

My Panasonic DMR-EX77EB has problem with background on replay changing from normal colour to garish green, and there's no evident way of correcting problem. Any thoughts? Al Webb/Croughton, England...

I traced the apparent problem to a SCART cable between the DVD recorder and the TV set. I disconnected it, wiped down the points and reconnected it. The problem appears to have vanished straightway, and nearly 24 hours later the system is still working normally. It could be that others have had similar SCART problems and you may find my experience useful. Anyway, thanks for being there even if not needed, and I'll keep you in mind futurely if there are other problems.

You will need to get to the control board and see if any of the front panel buttons are sticking. if they are not, you will have a bad switch or the remote sensor is defective. If you have no TV repair experience. you will need to consult a pro to assist you with this repair. Good Luck
