Question about HP Photosmart 3210 Printer
Hi CompuGuy4 I get Error 0xc18a0106 what is it - do oyu have a solution to this problem?. regards ,gerd
This same problem happened to me after several weeks of non-use of the printer (we had purchased a new one). If you know that your "hp" print cartridges are the correct ones for this particular printer, and you know they are full of ink, then the problem most likely is a clogged printhead. Since you can't replace or remove the printhead from this printer, my solution was to use canned air with the little plastic tube and spray several shots of air into the little nozzles that are on the printer where the ink goes through. Did this several times and then cleaned the print heads approximately 3 times. Worked like a charm and I'm back in business.

I had the same error code on my Photosmart 3210 and HP could not help, they said it was a hardware problem. I believed it to be dried ink from lack of use. I cleaned where the ink met the printer head with CRC Mass Air Flow cleaner from Pep Boys. Put everything back together and no more code and prints great again. I am now a firm believer in printing something every day or so to keep the ink from drying. sptrainboy
