No picture fan running - Panasonic PT-51G35 51" Rear Projection Television

It actually is a chirping sound. Could this be an indicator sound of some soty not a fan sound? Also which diode on panasonic website? there are tons. thanks you so much! this is part# ma4033m . the sound you hear is the power supply not being able to start. Switching mode power supplies wil do this when there is a load above a threshold in secondary power line i.e. 3.3v. you can check with a digital multimeter for th voltage off diode's
