Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I can't get any sound from it.. just great visual...what can I do?

Yellow plugs and jacks are the Video and that works. Red and White are the RCA sound wires from the DVD to TV.

OR

Your sound goes from the DVD to TV via a Fiber Optic or Fire Wire.

OR

You use Ch 3 on the TV and watch the DVD through a TV Tuner and use the TV Antenna Cable between the DVD and TV.

If that didn't help, let me know for more things to check like Audio settings on the TV.

Toshiba 52HMX95 DLP has weird gray think line

DLP TVs work projecting light throught a tube covered with mirrors, called the light tunnel.

The gray shadow it is something in the middle of the light tunnel, probably a mirror that has gone out of place when you moved the TV.

No Picture

As long as you can hook that same cable up to a different TV and get a good picture, you must have somehow damaged the tuner on the APEX - unless the set was mishandled while moving. Those cheaper brands won't take much punishment.
