Question about Dishwashers

Your problem is: you can't get the pump to drain and can't figure a way to get at it.
It sure sounds like the pump is clogged. To access it you have to remove the d/w. I don't recomend this for the average homeowner. You might consider the Repair Directory for a repairman. Wish I could be more help.
