Question about Dell Latitude D600 Notebook
Hey guys thanks for your help, here is my question?
I have a small dell netebook is an Dell D600 is a little old I bought this notebook about 2 years ago from ebay it was upgraded from wind2000 to windXP and gots 20gb of memory and about 250mb of ram its ok for regular home use
any way this notebook seems to be hot all the time the fan will be on almost 85% of the time in full force, ok so 3 days ago I was using the notebook and it just turn off by itself, I turn it back ON againg but It would go from DELL startup to windowsXP loading and nothing alse it just stays in windowsXP loading, I turn the computer on and off several times but nothing it only stays in windowsXP loading.
Ok guys if you know anything let me know thanks.
Hurm.....it could be hardware or software issues....firstly try to clean up the fan's heatsink...overtemp is not good for ur machine....during power on(right after memory checks), hit the F8 button few times until it display safe mode selection...choose 'safe mode' and enter...system will load all neccessary drivers.........see if winxp able to boot as normal?
