Question about Dell Computers & Internet
I have a Dell Inspiron that had a horrible trojan virus and had been going to forums for 4 months trying to fix it so I decided I'd just use the disks and wipe it clean and start over.
Now, the problem is that I can't get the Internet\network or audio drivers to install. I have tried disabling my Norton and everything else possible but that doesn't work. It says they are working but they aren't. Anyone have any ideas? I's sure appreciate any help. I have done most of the usual disabling, etc but am not an advanced user so I am up against the wall on this one.
Thanks for your consideration,
Normally this occurs because the drivers were not installed in the correct order.
Notebook System Software
Make sure you have internet connectivity, then install Norton
