How to copy or take backup all contacts from phone memory to memory card in nokia c5 mobile. plzzz tell me the solution for this problem...

If you didn't get a backup then no luck to retrieve unless you pay $$$$ to acknowledged techie.

Please format the memory card so:

Delete some unnecessary files in your phone memory like images and videos. Go to your phone gallery and delete some of those. And if you want to use the memory card as phone message storage then go to Messaging - Option - Settings - Other and then Memory in Use, select your memory card.


But if your phone is infected with a virus then you need to format your phone. One sign of infection is your phone keep sending a message randomly from your contacts without your consent.


Use these code and enter it to format your phone:
*#7370# and then the default code is 12345


Take note: Make sure you back-up your contacts or any other important inside your phone.

1. Open Contacts application.
2. Select Options > Settings > Contacts to display and enable SIM memory (uncheck other alternatives) > OK > Back.
3. Select Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark (or Mark all).
4. Select Options > Copy (or Manage > Copy).
5. Select Options > Settings > Contacts to display and enable memories you want to use.

1.Before cleaning your phone memory backup your Contacts to your memory card or SIM card (You can mark and copy contacts to SIM card directory ).

3.You will be asked to restore the factory settings.Press YES.
4.Phone will restart with the default factory settings and the unwanted files and other malwares will be deleted from your phone memory automatically.You can change the default settings of your phone accordingly.
5.Restore the contacts from your memory card or SIM card.

first take aback up of your contacts in a sim card(go to contacts then select all contacts then on the options copy all to sim). then copy the images and other sounds into the memory card now go to settings then go to restore factory settings then click restore all.

go to settings / restore factory settings /restore original or reset all when u reset the phone your memory card must be removed from the phone otherwise you lost all the data in memory card and you must copy your contacts and messages from phone to memory card. you can copy them to PC yousing PC sute or you can creat a backup in the phone and copy to memory card.thanks

restore ur phone to factory default its easy u can press menu , setting and last option is restore fac. def. ok then two options settings only or restore all use restore all keep remember that ur phone memory will deleted so first backup ur contacts ok

I would like to advice you that, Remove all of your passwords from memory cards & phone memory.

Make backup file by nokia PC Suite, Its the best option to keep backup of our mobile.

To make backup of your contacts

1. you can backup your contacts by saving them in sim memory. Go to your contacts mark all of them then copy to sim directory. if you have contacts more then your sim capacity use more then one sim.
2. You can backup them by using PC Suit.
3. you can send all of your contact details to your computer by bluetooth. This is a long process but most effective. To do that you have to send your contacts as business card format through bluetooth.

To make backup of your messages

• Open messaging then go to settings, choose Others (It appear in last).
• Cahnge memory in use to your memory card.
• Remove your memory card from Mobile & put it in Computer.
• there is a folder named system (It is a hidden folder so choose the 'view hidden files & folders' option through folder option in your computer).
• Inside the system folder there is a folder named Mail copy this to your computer.
• After formating your mobile repeat whole process but this time you have to replace the Mail folder by the folder saved in your computer.
  

Use Contact Manager or Backup Contacts Mobile Software :
If not Done Transfer to Memory Card in Others Folder
And Then In Contacts copy From Memory Card:
if Not Done Use Another Phone Manager Software For Mobiel.
