Pls select control panel in ur computer and select sound and audio device......in the first tab u can se one tab called volume tab in tht u can see one tab called advanced pls click tht thn u can see one window callled volume control will araise ...pls check wheter thr any tick in mute if it is pls delete the tick mark by clickin tht box again thn u can gain ur volume back.....
