You're question is lacking a few details
I'm guessing you have a laptop that has a wireless internet card and you're trying to access internet using a router in your home?? is that right??.. please post details of your setup!

How to install sim card in Lenovo s10-3? can I connect net through sim card?

Hello there
I have found the manual for your computer which says that removing the battery will enable you to get at the SIM card slot "on selected models". Obviously not all models of this computer will take a SIM card. I give below a link which will take you to the pdf format of the manual which you will be able to save to your computer for future reference.
http://download.lenovo.com/UserFiles/UserGuide/en/User's%20guides%20and%20manuals/S10-3/Lenovo%20IdeaPad%20S10-3%20UserGuide%20V1.0%20English.pdf
With regard to connecting to the net through the SIM card, this will depend on the type of SIM card and the SIM card service provider, but you should be able to if these are correct and you are in an area where mobile broadband is available.
Cheers

yes, you can downlaod it through the internet. i can also find the link for you, however i need some information.

*do you have a sound card or is it built into the motherboard (if its built in, the speaker ports will be next to usb plugs and ethernet connections... if you have a sound card, then it will be on an expansion slot, located below the motherboard i/o)

*what is the brand of the motherboard or sound card. if you dont know, just tell me the make and model of the computer

Plug the ethernet net cord into the arris ethernet port. plug the other end into the router where it says "internet"

Plug a ethernet cable from one of the router ports to the computer.

HOW TO CONNECT IT TI A COMPUTER?

When the computers are powered up and connected to the D-Link hub,
the computers that are connected to the hub will light up the various LEDs on the hub to indicate which port on the hub is active. Also that computer's network card Link LED light should be on to indicate it is connected to the hub.
If the hub's LED is off and the corresponding computer's network card Link LED is off then the network cable is faulty, or the network card is faulty (or the network card driver needs installing) or the port on the hub and/or hub is faulty.
To determine which item is faulty, swap network cables around, swap computers to different ports on the hub etc

hi pat seems your router is not configure yet for internet connection, for cable connection you must log into the setup page of the router and clone the mac address of your computer.

to do that you can call 1-877-453-5465
to have someone walk you trough the steps.

flashing lights simply means activity on your network, and you get activity when you have internet connection.
