Insert the Nero CD in to your CD/DVD Rom and then let it auto play, when it brings a startup look for options to Remove/Uninstall/Update these options will enable you to Remove or uninstall the Nero program that is on your PC. if it fails try a force uninstall via the safe mode. best way for upgading bios is to use asus my logo software that come with your driver cd....install that software and that open it ok ok but first download and save bios from asus.com....this software will definetly works.as i upgraded the bios of my own asus p5vdc me se................

it seems as if you need to select your appiorate sound device
you can do this by clicking start / all programs / accessories / entertainment / volume control
then click on options and then properties , in the MIXER DEVICE select the appiorate sound device. is you are not sure whic one, play around until you find it. Also verify your settings for your ATI hight defionation audio to ensure you got it set up properly
