CODE 7 IS POWER CODE FLIP BREAKER OFF COUNT TO FIVE TURN ON BREAKER THEN RESET CLOCK IF THAT DONT HELP THEN YOU CHECK WIRES AND PLUG TO MAKE SHURE ALL ARE CONNECTED YOU SHOULD HAVE TWO POWER LEADS AND ONE GROUND IF THEY ARE OKAY THEN YOU HAVE ROACHES IN OR ON ELECTRONICS CARD TAKE IT APART AND CLEAN IT YOURSELF OR HAVE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING CLEAN IT
