Microsoft Photo Editor' s window no tvisible on T23

Occasionally, on my T23 2647, Microsoft foto editor's window goes of the limits and it is not visible although it is active. There is something to do with the corrupted registry but I don't know what.

Open the program. Look on the menu bar on the bottom of the screen. Right click on the photo editor tab and choose "maximize" the window will come up to full screen mode. Then minimize the program and right click on the tab on the bottom again and choose move, you will be able to reposition the window to the center of the screen

I cant change desktop backgroung i dont know why :@ at samsung n145 pc.. its not possible. i click on desktop but there dont show me " properties" and anywhere else in pc i cant change too !

What OS are you running? The N145 comes with Windows 7 Starter. One of the limitations of Windows Starter edition is that the background is fixed. You will need to upgrade ($$) to a different version (Home Premium, Pro or Ultimate) to unlock the desktop background.

On higher editions of Windows 7, right click on the desktop and choose Personalize to change the background. (Alternative route > Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization )

I wish that I had better news for you.

Cindy Wells
(your other option is to install a different OS (non-MS).)

Do you have a formula in Microsoft Excel that a value can convert to a word...(Ex. 15,000 then it will convert to in words fifteen Thousand..)thanks. need immediate reply.

Hi enelrah_mel0,

You can create a function called SpellNumber using the Visual Basic Editor in the Microsoft Excel to spell the number.

  1. Please Open Microsoft Excel. Then press Alt + F11 to open the Visual Basic Editor.
  2. Then, click "Insert" option above the Visual Basic Editor window and select "Module".
  3. Then, in the Book1 Module1 (Code) window, paste the below code there. (pasted in the next post separately for your convenience)
  4. Then, press Alt+Q to close the Visual Basic Editor window.
  5. After that, please type the formula " =SpellNumber( * )" in the Excel Sheet and press the Enter Key.
  6. Then, save the Excel Sheet.
eg: =SpellNumber(A1)

Where A1 is the first cell in the excel sheet.

Good Luck!

Please post back the result and let me know if you require further assistance.

Thanks for using Fixya.

The product key on this thinkpad t23 is not working I called the customer rep. Number but they couldn't help.

If the Product installation code is for Microsoft Windows or Office, you need to contact Microsoft.
Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish the letters and numbers on the Product code. eg 8 and B, 6 and G, V and Y use a magnify glass to look at the Produce code closely.
