.pgI lost my sound from

Hello,

Please make sure that the sound is not in mute. If it's unmute and still has no sound, try to uninstall and reinstall the audio driver. Drivers are located in device manager. Simply type device manager on the search box to find it. In the device manager, expand the sound video and game controller category, usually the audio driver is the realtek high definition audio driver or smart audio. Uninstall the driver and restart the laptop to take effect the changes. Restarting the laptop will automatically reinstall the audio driver. Test the sound.

Hope this works.

No sound but Device managers says everything is working alright

Go ahead and download the audio driver from the Acer website and try to reinstall it. If that doesn't work, right click on the audio device in device manager and click uninstall. Reboot your laptop and Windows will recognize the sound card and reinstall the drivers. If it doesn't reinstall, just install them manually. If still no sound, it may be a hardware problem.

Regards,

Matt

Laptop wont make sound

check your hardware devices and make sure your drivers are installed. If they are in, open your volume properties from the control panel and check the settings there. There are tests you can do to check that things are working.
