I have a kenmore elite oven what does an error code F-3 mean

Unlikely you can fix and probably needs a new fan. I don't see a cooling fan, but there is a convection oven fan

Hi.

F1 means defective control module. On manual it will be: "Electronic oven control failure"

From manual:"Replace electronic oven control (also called EOC or clock)."

Try disconnecting power cord or tripping the circuit breaker for a couple of minutes. If the error comes back you will need to replace the oven control module.

Error code F1 means that an error with the keypad has occurred. Usually it happens due to loose ribbon cable on the keypad or the electronic control assembly itself going bad. To resolve this issue first, disconnect the power to unit and then gain access to the back of the clock assembly (Electronic Range Control/ERC). Now unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC, it would be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide and make sure that the cable is not broken and nothing is shorted on the keypad. After this is done insert the cable back and then plug the unit back to check. If the error is still there then the electronic control board should be replaced. f 30 is a the oven temperature sensor open, thats the probe in the oven area

Check oven temperature sensor, should be ~1100 ohms at room temperature. If too high or low, replace oven temperature sensor

f7 error code usually means stuck function switch on control panel. Need to check each button or switch to see which one is stuck

f-1 means the ERC is bad. sometimes turning the breaker off for a couple of min will help but if not the the clock/oven control needs to be replaced
