The leading problem when freezer works yet the refrig. section doesn't get cold is going to a problem with a automatic defrost system defect. Thanks Gene I don't see any frost on the freezer back wall - after looking through other comments I think it might be a bad fan?
Yes that is fairly common as well for the fan to be bad only second to the defrost problem..to check it its simplier,just need to check for 120 volts at the fan...if has 120 volts at fan and it doesnt run the fan is bad

Its defrost problem, the freezer should cool,
then freeze, then defrost cycle should start. In your case freezer is cooling,
then freezing, but its not defrosting. That's why fridge section is not
cooling.-------
