Xbox froze up during mw2 game now cant even sign in.was in a lobby where people were arguing about some hacker or something could someone have done something to my account or has xbox gone down?

Xbox live is down at this moment in time so you are not the only one who can't sign in. You will have to wait until Microsoft get it back up again. I think that the game freezing just before live went down is just a coincidence, however I do recommend that you turn the Xbox off and let it cool down a while just in case the console itself is developing problems.

Yes, I agree to what Lee has said. Shut down the Xbox for a day and then see if thing are running again. Good luck.
